AI-native claims. From platform to full TPA.

One platform. A service catalogue from calibrated SaaS to full TPA. Engage at the level that aligns with your strategy.

Your biggest cost line runs on twenty-year-old workflows. You get a monthly spreadsheet back, not real-time data. ADJST runs the claim end-to-end on one live, auditable platform — and we'll run the operation for you, if you want that too.

We're pre-seed, and we're looking for the founding partners and investors to build it with us.

01  /  The gap

The biggest line on your P&L is running on pre-AI machinery.

Claims is the last unreformed line on the P&L. Whether you handle it in-house or outsource it, the machinery underneath is the same generation — workflows designed before AI could read a document, reporting designed for a monthly cycle.

Carriers and MGAs run the largest cost centre they have on systems that can't tell them what is happening inside it while it still matters. The gap shows up in three places — and it shows up whether the claim is handled by your team or someone else's.

01
Indemnity leakage. Human-led, inconsistent reserving and quantum lets 5–10% of indemnity spend leak away — overspend that would otherwise fall straight to the bottom line.
02
No live view. Claims data arrives on a cycle, not a feed — a monthly bordereau if you've outsourced, a reporting layer bolted onto a legacy core if you haven't. Either way you find out what happened to the book after it has happened, which is too late to change it.
03
Operational inertia. Claims stacks are ten to twenty years old. Onboarding takes quarters; a basic integration takes months; a change to a workflow takes a release cycle. The customer journey still feels like 2005.

Not one TPA was built for the AI era, either. Every incumbent is a legacy shop retrofitting AI onto twenty-year-old workflows — none designed, from the ground up, for a world where AI runs the claim. That's why our fourth tier exists, and why we didn't start by building a better bordereau.

02  /  The operating model

AI specialists run the claim. You stay in charge.

ADJST is an AI-native TPA that acts as an extension of the carrier's balance sheet, not a vendor you lose sight of. A team of AI specialists runs the claim, each one proposing, explaining, and always overridable. Behind them, always-on AI watches the whole book. Every action carries an authority limit, a model version and a full audit trail.

{{ agentVideo }}
Claims specialistsA team of conversational AI agents that work the claim itself, alongside your handler — the cover decision, fault split, reserve, settlement guidance and customer conversations. Each proposes, explains and cites its sources; your handler can question or overrule it at any point.
Enablement specialistsThe agents that keep the operation running well, not the individual claim: watching account health, answering your team's questions, and helping configure the platform to each line of business.
Always-on checksHeadless AI watching the whole book behind the claim in front of you — flagging escaping indemnity, fraud signals and fair-outcome risks the moment they appear, across every open and closed claim, on an independent audit trail.

Auditable, explainable, human-supervised — engineered for the FCA Consumer Duty era from the first line of code, not retrofitted onto a legacy core. See the full team on the platform →

And above the AI, our people. AI has invalidated the traditional TPA processing model — the assembly line of handlers pushing paper through legacy systems — so we rebuilt claims handling around people instead of the queue. In an AI-native operation, expert claims professionals matter more, not less: the AI carries the volume and the admin; our experts do the judgment, the complex and disputed claims, and the human moments that decide whether a customer is treated well. Fewer, better people, on the best tools in the business, measured on fair customer outcomes rather than claims closed per hour.

03  /  How we engage

A flexible service delivery model aligned with your claims strategy.

The old choice was binary: buy software and run claims yourself, or outsource the lot and lose sight of it. We don't think that holds any more. ADJST is one platform with a service catalogue on top of it — so you decide how much of the claims operation we take on, with the freedom to change later.

06  /  Our mission

Rebuilding claims for the AI era.

Software used to help with the work. Now it does the work. That shift favours whoever starts today, and claims — the biggest unreformed line on the P&L — is exactly where it lands hardest. We think the UK, and motor, is where to prove it first.
