The Platform

One platform. The whole claim.

ADJST isn't a tool you bolt onto a legacy core. It's an AI-native claims platform that runs the claim end-to-end — from the policyholder's first notice to settlement, recovery and the board-level view of your book — on one real-time, auditable data plane.

This is the platform your team runs, our experts run, or we run for you. It doesn't change between those. What changes is only how much of the claims operation you hand over — and that's a dial you set. See the service catalogue →

01  /  One platform, not six tools

One platform owns the claim — so every claim makes the next one sharper.

The market's answer is four to six point solutions stitched together. Each is strong in a row or two; none of them owns the claim, and the data fragments across vendors.

ADJST is built the other way round. One platform runs the operating model and the intelligence on one data plane, so every fact captured, every decision made and every outcome recorded lands in the same place and feeds everything downstream — the reserve, the fraud score, the leakage audit, the answer to the question you ask about your book next quarter. Nothing has to be exported, reconciled or re-keyed to be useful. That's the difference between an operation that gets better with volume and one that just gets busier.

02  /  AI specialists run the claim

A team of AI specialists — and you can overrule any of them.

ADJST runs the claim with a team of purpose-built AI specialists — for adjudication, fraud, settlement, customer updates and answering questions about your book. Each one proposes and explains its reasoning, and you can question or overrule it at any point. Behind them, always-on AI watches your whole book — flagging leakage, fraud and fair-outcome risks the moment they appear, so nothing slips.

Every AI action carries an explicit limit on what it can do on its own, a model version and a full audit trail.

03  /  What the AI does — the full team

Specialists on the claim. Specialists behind the service. Checks across the book.

This is the whole suite. The homepage names the three kinds; here is every agent in each.

Claims specialists — on each claim
Adjudication
Proposes the cover position, the fault share and the reserve, each with a cited rationale, for your decision. One specialist across coverage, liability and reserves.
Fraud
The investigator's teammate inside a case: triages the evidence, drafts findings, and calls the fraud checks on demand.
Settlement
Recommends whether and when a case is ready to settle, and on what basis, with the evidence pack behind it.
Customer updates
Helps the handler run every claim conversation on any channel: pulls the context together and drafts each message send-ready. Assist-only — it never sends.
Ask your book
Answers questions about your data in plain English, grounded and cited, chart generated on the fly. The one specialist that also works at portfolio scope.
End-to-end handling
Runs a straightforward claim through its lifecycle under human supervision, invoking the other specialists as it goes and pausing at every checkpoint that needs a sign-off. Autonomous, but overseen.
Enablement specialists — keeping you running well
Customer success
Monitors the health of each account and runs the help front door: answers "how do I…" and routes anything it can't. Surfaced across the portals, not docked in a case.
Configuration
The assist-only teammate for the people who set ADJST up: answers "how do I configure X?" and guides configurators inside Insurance Studio.
Always-on checks — across your whole book
Leakage
Audits every open and closed claim for escaping indemnity, and puts a £ value on each deviation.
Fair outcomes
Watches for vulnerability and Consumer Duty concerns, on an independent trail.
Fraud signals
Anomaly, image-authenticity and network detection, firing automatically on inbound evidence.
Data capture
Turns documents, voice and images into structured claim data, platform-wide.
Triage
Scores each claim's complexity to route it to AI or a human expert.

05  /  Built for the AI era

Your agents query our data. Live.

ADJST is API-first and MCP-native — a primary product surface, not an afterthought. Your own AI agents, and your carriers' and brokers', can query live ADJST claims and policy data, and invoke permitted actions, as governed tools through the Model Context Protocol — every call entitlement-scoped, authenticated and audited.

Your AI agents
MCP
Live ADJST claims data
Analytics Mirror
MCP-native access
Carrier and broker AI agents query live claims data as governed tools.
A real-time data plane
Continuous zero-extract replication, time-travel, live freshness — the Analytics Mirror.
Grounded AI
Numbers from executed queries, every answer cited, "show me the SQL".
Agents as audited actors
Every AI action identity-scoped, permissioned, eval-gated and logged.
06  /  Integrations & the claims ecosystem

No claim runs in isolation. ADJST is building into the UK motor ecosystem.

Running motor claims in the UK means working with a whole ecosystem — the regulated claims portals, the fraud and data bureaux, the vehicle-data and estimation providers, the payment rails, and your own policy, finance and document systems. A platform that can't reach all of them cleanly isn't a claims platform; it's a demo. ADJST is built with a connector fabric at its edge: every integration is a governed, tenant-scoped, fully audited connector, organised by what it's for rather than by which vendor is behind it — so the platform plugs into your ecosystem, and a connector can be swapped or added without the claim ever noticing.

What we connect to — by family
Claims exchange & protocols
OIC, MoJ Claims Portal (RTA/EL/PL), the MIB, plus aggregator FNOL and broker/carrier notification feeds — protocol-bound and timetable-aware.
Data & enrichment
Fraud and risk bureaux, damage and repair estimation, vehicle and asset data (DVLA and the like), identity, sanctions and company checks (Companies House and the like).
Payments & banking
The rails that get money to claimants and suppliers, with Confirmation of Payee, on a financial-grade delivery tier — exactly-once, settlement-confirmed, reconciled.
Communications
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephony/voice, inbound and outbound, in your policyholder's channel of choice.
Your own systems
Policy administration, finance and ledger, and document management, kept in sync without re-keying.

Every connection is normalised, scoped to your tenant, and fully audited. New integrations are added as thin adapters on the same fabric — so the ecosystem can change around you without a re-platform.

07  /  Insurance Studio

Insurance Studio: specialise the platform to how you run claims.

ADJST isn't a fixed template you bend your operation around. Insurance Studio is the configuration surface where you make the platform your own — per line of business, without writing code or waiting on a release cycle. White-labelling to your brand is the easy part; the real power is specialising how the platform actually handles claims, meets its conduct obligations and talks to your customers.

Claims handling
Your own coverage and liability rules, reserve matrix, fraud signals, custom forms and phase plans. The claim runs the way you run claims.
Conduct & compliance
Consumer Duty, vulnerability, complaints and retention, tuned to your obligations and evidenced on their own trail.
Customer communications
The messages, channels and tone your policyholders actually receive, in your voice.
Brand & presentation
Every customer touchpoint white-labelled to your brand, not ours.

A new book goes live in days, not quarters — and when your needs change, you change the configuration, not the roadmap.

08  /  Beyond motor

Motor first. Escape of water next. Then where your book needs us.

We're starting with UK motor because it's the sharpest place to prove an AI-native claims platform, and escape of water — the highest-volume, highest-leakage property peril — is the next line on the roadmap. After that we follow customer need, not a fixed list, because the platform is built to extend. ADJST is organised around the claim, not a line of business, so each new line reuses the same engine — incident, parties, evidence, decisions, settlement — and configures only what's specific to it. Lines that fit the model are stood up in Insurance Studio in days; the few that need genuinely new handling are a contained extension, never a rebuild.

Motor — live
Escape of water — next
Every other line — available on demand

Same data plane, same AI, same audit trail at every line — so the platform grows with your book instead of fragmenting into a product per line.

09  /  Auditable & Consumer-Duty-safe

Every decision, explainable and logged.

Model version per call, confidence per decision, a full chronology per claim, and a Consumer Duty worker running on a separate trail from the economics. Citation is enforced at the engine boundary; releases are eval-gated; access is masked in the engine. The cleanest compliance posture available in an era of tightening outsourcing oversight.
